Shipping policy
Once you have placed your order on our website, it will be processed by our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are then shipped Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.
We’ll ship as soon as possible.
This is the timeline for shipping by destination:
EU shipments:
- via GLS for parcels up to 2kg

UK shipments:
- 7-14 days
- via PostNL for parcels up to 2kg
- via UPS for parcels +2kg
You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped with an order tracking number that will give you information on where your package is and when it is scheduled to arrive at your door. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after placing your order to receive the tracking number.
All UK & EU orders over €69 include free shipping.
Our products are shipped to our buyers from the European Union (EU). If you are a non-EU buyer, you may be subject to import fees and taxes in your country of residence, as applicable (such as VAT, duty, import, customs, and similar fees and taxes as determined by your country's laws and regulations). You hereby acknowledge that you alone, as the importer of record, must comply with those laws and regulations applicable to you and that you alone shall bear any fees and taxes related thereto.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us . Please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be addressed. We will issue a full refund within 30 days for any product containers returned at least half full. We currently don’t process exchanges, but you can easily return a product and purchase the one you want instead. Once you contact us about a return, please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be addressed. Once the return is processed, you can expect to see a refund in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us ideally within an hour after placing it, and we will try to help. Cancellation is not guaranteed. We are however unable to cancel an order if it has already shipped.
