Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with an order tracking number that will give you information on where your package is and when it is scheduled to arrive at your door. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after placing your order to receive the tracking number. If you have not received it within 48 hours, contact us through our contact page so we can help.

We understand that mistakes happen. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us on our contact page, ideally within an hour after placing it, and we will try to help. Cancellation is not guaranteed. We are however unable to cancel an order if it has already shipped.

We will issue a full refund and give you your money back on any product container returned at least half full within 30 days. We currently don’t process exchanges, but you can easily return a product and purchase the one you want instead.

Safety
Yes. Parabens are a type of preservatives widely used in the cosmetic industry that are often linked to allergic reactions, skin rashes and irritations. For that reason, there are no Parabens in any of our products.
Yes. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) and Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) are commonly used foaming detergents which dermatologists believe to be causing damage to the skin’s natural barrier. They also play a role in the development of skin disorders. For that reason, there are no SLS/SLES in any of our products.
Yes. Genetically Modified Organisms are natural elements that have had their genetic code changed by man to be something they are not naturally meant to be. We believe honoring nature is key to achieving wellbeing and beautiful skin. For that reason, there are no GMOs in any of our products.
Yes. microbeads are tiny plastic particles often used in exfoliating products, which cannot be filtered in our water systems and end up in lakes and oceans, where they may be mistaken for food by fish and other wildlife. As an environmentally conscious brand, we prefer to use natural exfoliants instead. For that reason, there are no microbeads in any of our products.
Yes. In addition to banning Parabens, SLS/SLES, GMOs and Microbeads, we do not use any Phthalates, Mineral oils, Alcohol, Petroleum or other ingredients that can harm your skin. You can use our products with real peace of mind: we only use ingredients kind to your skin.
Yes. All of our products undergo dermatological testing. They are also allergy tested and approved for sensitive skin. Products meant for use around the eyes are also ophthalmologically tested and fragrance-free.
Pregnant women can use all our FACIAL products without any concerns*.
In our BODY products, we do not recommend using:
1. 'Natural Dead Sea Bath Salts' - since it is not recommended to take a hot bath during pregnancy.
2. Natural Dead Sea Mud - are also not recommended since they must be heated before being applied to the body.
